We have undertaken training, both Jade and I to develop our knowledge of the impact being born premature has on children and their holistic development. We have changed our registration forms and really thought about how our targets, activities support children's learning and development. 

Rosie has undertaken the "Hygge in the Years Training" and the setting already has become much slower paced with children being immersed in nature.
